With extensive capabilities in casting, NDT, machining, and finishing, the business delivers precision components to the highest standards. CNC Miller Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs
- Comfortable programming using either Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls.
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines to produce complex components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure product accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality machined parts within specified tolerances and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimise processes and efficiency.
CNC Miller Requirements:
- Proven experience of working within a precision machining environment.
- Proficiency in programming with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls.
- In-depth knowledge of setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- CAD/CAM experience is preferential but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

CNC Turner
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join a specialist precision engineering company who are based in the Southampton area. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and programming Fanuc Lathes. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the components produced.
CNC Turner Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, milling etc.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary programming and tooling for the job.

The Contract and Stock Coordinator will be responsible for managing and controlling the day to day activity of all products and materials arriving and being dispatched from site.

- Ensuring daily checks of all material handling equipment are carried out and up to date
- Inventory control and accurate recording on CRM of all goods in and out.
